Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://help.headspace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
Step 2. Now you will be taken to SUBMIT A REQUEST page.
Step 3. Enter your email address.
Step 4. On the Subject Area, write “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 5. On the Description box, write your honest reason why you are deleting your account.
Step 6. Click on NEXT.
Step 7. When you click the Next button, a pop-up list of questions with solutions will appear. If you find the solution to your problem clicks on it. However, if you insist on closing your account click on “I STILL NEED HELP”
Step 8. Now click Submit.
