Step 1. Go to the following URL “http://help.shaadi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
Step 2. Enter your email address and then, on the Type of Issue, choose MY PROFILE & PHOTO RELATED.
Step 3. On Description, Box type your reason to delete your account and then click on button SUBMIT.
Delete Your Account through Website
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “http://www.shaadi.com” and log-in with your account.
Step 2. Log in to your account
Step 3. Click on your PROFILE PIC which is given at the top right side of the page then a drop-down menu section will appear.
Step 4. On that drop-down menu section click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Step 5. On Account Settings Page click on HIDE / DELETE ACCOUNT which is given at the left menu section.
Step 6. On Hide / Delete Account page click on link DELETE.
Step 7. On Delete, Profile Section choose a reason to delete your account.
Step 8. Now click on DELETE and confirm it by pressing the YES button.
